Price & Ramey Insurance Group Acquires Gilley, McCready, Sneed & Cuddy Insurance of Bristol, Tennessee
KINGSPORT, Tenn. (Tuesday, August 17, 2021) – On Friday, July 30, 2021, Gilley, McCready, Sneed & Cuddy Insurance (GMSC) was acquired by Price & Ramey Insurance Group. Combining GMSC’s 91 years and Price & Ramey’s 107 years of insurance experience in the Tri-Cities, a great legacy of quality insurance and customer service will continue in East Tennessee.
“Price & Ramey has been headquartered in Kingsport, TN since 1914, and while we have insured our neighbors throughout the Tri-Cities for over a century, we are excited to extend a permanent location to Bristol, TN,” stated Linda Nichols, President and CEO of Price & Ramey.
